You are eligible to return an item if:
The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
The return request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
The item is not an e-liquid or disposable vape (see non-returnable items).
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used vape kits, tanks, pods, coils, or accessories.
E-liquids or nicotine shots (even if unopened).
Disposable vapes (final sale, no returns).
Items not purchased directly from lovevapes.com.
Contact us at thelovevapes@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any photos if the product is faulty.
Once approved, we will provide a return address and further instructions.
You are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty goods.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a replacement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos showing the issue.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
