BFPO Addresses: All orders made to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address must be delivered using Royal Mail, as alternative couriers are unable to fulfill these shipments.
Batteries: We can no longer ship batteries or devices containing batteries outside of the UK via Royal Mail. Such products can only be shipped via our Courier options available at checkout. These shipments are limited to 2 batteries per order.
Combined Orders: We are unable to group two or more distinct orders placed separately; shipping fees will apply to each order.
Incorrect Addresses: If any orders are returned due to an incorrect address, additional delivery charges will apply for re-shipment.
